So, Ration of Rent
= M : N : O : P
= (16 × 3) : (20 × 4) : (18 × 6) : (42 × 2)
= 48 : 80 : 108 : 84
= 12 : 20 : 27 : 21
According to the question,

1\text{ unit }=&\frac{2400}{12}\\
27\text{ units }&=\frac{2400\times27}{12}\\
