A. Rs. 48000 B. Rs. 48200 C. Rs. 48400 D. Rs. 48600 Answer: Option CShow Answer
Solution(By Apex Team)
Assume that investment of C = x
Then, investment of A = 2x
Investment of B = $\Large\frac{2 A}{3}=\frac{4 x}{3}$
(since ratio of investment of A : B = 2 : 3 i.e B = $\Large\frac{2 \mathrm{~A}}{3}$)
$\begin{aligned}&A:B:C\\
&=2x:\frac{4x}{3}:x\\
&=2:\frac{4}{3}:1\\
&=6:4:3\end{aligned}$
$\begin{aligned}&\text{B’s share}\\
&=157300\times\frac{4}{6+4+3}\\
&=157300\times\frac{4}{13}\\
&=12100\times4\\
&=\text{ Rs. }48400\end{aligned}$
